Context Matters: Sustainable Literacy Development by Africans for Africans

CODE’s Context Matters research initiative is featured in the current edition of Literacy Today Magazine published by the International Literacy Association.  Dr. Katie Bryant of Carleton University and Lynn O’Rourke, CODE’s Context Matters program manager reflect on the importance of African-based research to inform education policies and practices that are well suited to local contexts.
